This elegant vintage cognac from 1971 is made of white wine distilled in ugni blanc grape grown in the Borderies, Cognac’s smallest growing area.
The grapes come exclusively from wine producer Mr Michel Guibert’s estate in the Chérac village, hence used the rare quality designation in the cognac world, « Signle Estate », about this product.
This light and elegant cognac has a light golden natural color.
The scents are of the vanilla and flowers.
The taste offers very balanced tannins, easy and elegant, age taken into account, with fruity aftertaste wih notes of apple, pear and tangerine.
There is an excellent flavour concentration and a very fine length.
